How I became a bread fanatic!

My name is Sasha Symon and it all started with a snowy trip to Vermont in 2015 when we took our first, basic weeklong bread class - I was hooked. Things escalated from there. I obsessively made the same recipe over and over again until it was perfect. I quickly found that sourdough and laminated doughs were my true passions. Vacations soon morphed into more opportunities to learn about and bake bread and pastries. In addition to many, many courses in Vermont with King Arthur Baking, I've also taken classes in France with Le Foodist and most recently in England at The School of Artisan Food. I hope that you love my bread, as much as I love baking it!
